Ask Anand
Question:
Sir, I want to start a small mall in Nashik. I do not have the required capital at present. Is it right to have such a desire when there is no capital? What exactly should I do about that?
Mahesh, Nashik

Dear Mahesh,
I am not very familiar with the specifics of the mall business. If you decide to build the mall yourselves, clearly, you will need significant investment. Perhaps, you could borrow this from banks or other financial institutions.
Alternatively, you could consider partnering with a builder and offer to help them set up the mall. You could be responsible for planning, marketing and depending on your ability, you could share some risks with the partner.
All the best Mahesh!
Anand
