Kya din bhar ke routinue me jaadaa options naa hote huye –  thoda discipline aayaa hai? When you think about this twenty day timespan – it is going to bring a huge huge change for the entire world. And the truth is that no one is spared in this deal. 

Online kaa jamaanaa

Now this has turned to be a truth that the time for online has come. We are functioning at least at some level because we have the online facilities. But you will now need to think about what are all those activities with respect to your small venture that you need to move to online processes. Toh pehle thoda socho – chintaa nahi chintan karo! Ki mere business ki kounsi processes online ho sakti hai?!

Nayi Soch Nayi Strategy

All the leaders  world-around are now busy reorganizing their game and their strategy. Your business is your world and you will also need to gear up to strategize newly. What will be this new strategy? What will be the innovation? Aapke product ya service ki kya nayi definition hai? Kounse naye aandaaz me aapko customers ko face karanaa hai? In this new challenge similar to the TV show – big boss – where you are locked down in a house! – it will all start with how you maintain your time schedule. Challenge is that it’s a mix of ghar ki baat aur kaam ki baat! (Beech beech Me – aapke khudke mann ki baat bhi:)). Your timetable – with enough exercise, appropriate entertainment, right amount of coffee ;), and enough sleep is necessary. And a good healthy lifestyle can be built in twenty one days!

You will say that what is so big about a small business – why does it need to have a mission statement!? But a mission statement defines your line of action and the framework that you fix to make your decisions. And your decision making will be much smoother if you have put your mission statement for your business in place! While the Indian Army has entered with the Mission Namaste to fight Covid-19, let us all also take up our own mission of fighting our battles successfully to build it up together. So let your business mission also be Mangal!
