A Homemaker turned entrepreneur!
Bhagyashree, a humble homemaker, started her journey under the expert guidance of her mother and mother-in-law. It came as no surprise when she started preparing delicious and complex dishes with ease and perfection. Within a few months, the word of her tasty dishes spread among relatives and friends, thus igniting her passion for entrepreneurship.

Feeling confident about receiving positive reviews of family and friends, Bhagyashree started accepting catering orders. One after another, orders started pouring in, and Bhagyashree soon became a food business entrepreneur. It was smooth sailing until the number of orders and quantity doubled.

She now required legal licenses to expand her business and being new to this profession, she turned to deAsra foundation for expert advice. deAsra offered Bhagyashree guidance that enabled her to acquire the required legal licenses such as FSSAI.

Just when Bhagyashree was settling into her business, like thousand other small businesses, her business too, was hit by the pandemic. Determined to make her way out of this, she boldly accepted international order from a U.S based Maharashtra Mandal. With a little guidance from deAsra, not only did Bhagyashree delivered the Diwali faral internationally, but also built her business in the difficult times of corona.

Now on the path of progress, Bhagyashree has set up a successful business. She has hired two more women to help her. She is a proud entrepreneur and homemaker. Bhagyashree thanks her family, friends and deAsra for helping her carve an independent identity for herself.
